Beef
From Polish farms, dry-aged. Wagyu A5 from Japan.
Seafood
Canadian lobster, Fine de Claire oysters from France, tiger prawns. We say openly what arrives frozen.
Fish
Baltic cod, farmed Atlantic salmon, yellowfin tuna.
